Could it be that the beer was not pre-chilled? Foam is usually caused by beer that is not cold enough. We advise you to cool your Blade kegs at least 16 hours before use. That way the beer can rest and reach the right temperature. You can also watch this short video for extra advice if your beer is too foamy. |

No. You will hear the air pump inside the appliance during pouring. After closing the tap, the pump will be in operation till the controlled pressure is reached. This can take a few seconds. |

The kegs are sturdy, but they could leak if they freeze or they are punctured. If your keg is leaking upon arrival, please contact Customer Care team via the link below. Please always include your order number and a picture of the keg when contacting us, so we can help you as fast as possible.
