  • What is Sale Price?
    Sale Price stock are kegs which are close to reaching their Best Before Date. We sell them at a discounted price to customers who plan to drink their beer within a short period of time.
     
    Normally our kegs have a guaranteed 4 weeks before their BBD runs out. However, for Sale Price stock the BBD is specified on the website. When you purchase Sale Price stock, there is a warning on the website, to ensure customers are aware of the shortened BBD, as in the image below.

  • What is BBD?
    BBD stands for Best Before Date. This is a date indicating how long a properly stored unopened keg will keep its freshness, taste, and other qualities. All Beerwulf kegs are sent out with at least 4 weeks remaining (at time of purchase) before the BBD is reached.
     
    The BBD can be found on either the neck or the side of a keg, depending on the type.
     
    PLEASE BE AWARE: If you purchase sale price stock (which is discounted) you need to carefully check the BBD which is specified. There is a warning when you purchase sale price stock informing you of the shortened BBD, as in the photo below.

  • My machine has just stopped working – what are my options?

    The 2 year commercial warranty period still stands for each purchase, therefore you are entitled to a free warranty repair, depending on the date of purchase. If your machine falls outside the warranty period, please contact the Beerwulf Customer Care team who can forward you the details of our repair partner, where you can arrange your own repair.

  • What brands of 2L kegs will you sell?

    We continue to be committed to offering a range of beers our customers will continue to enjoy. The range may vary over time, but as we have so many great beers, we're sure there'll be something for everyone!

  • Will you continue to sell 2L kegs?

    We will continue to sell 2L kegs for up to two years from the point of stopping selling Sub machines (1st May 2024), so you'll still be able to enjoy a selection of your favourite brews on draught at home.

  • My choice of product is out of stock, when will it be back?

    We try our best to make sure we have stock available at all times.  In the event that your favorite beer is temporarily unavailable, you can now go directly to the product page on the website and enter your email address to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.

    It happens on occasion that items are discontinued or we are no longer able to sell them, in those instances the product will no longer be listed.

  • How does (free) shipping work with Beerwulf?

    Beerwulf partners with Yodel for all deliveries in the United Kingdom. If you place an order on workdays before 4 p.m. we will do our best to deliver your package in 24 hours.  Deliveries are generally Tuesday to Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. You’re also able to choose a specific delivery date, up to one week ahead of the current date. If you live in Northern Ireland or another remote area, your order might be subject to longer delivery times.

    Delivery charges may apply to your order. These charges depend on the amount of beers in your order. Beerwulf charges a fixed rate of £8.95 for the delivery of orders where the box is not full. A full box will be not be charged shipping costs and consists of the following:

    • An appliance
    • 8 SUB kegs
    • 2 Draught Kegs 
    • 2 BLADE Kegs
    • 1 pre-packed box of beers or a Value Case

    For any other combination, delivery charges might be levied. For each incomplete box, a delivery charge of £8.95 will be charged. The delivery costs are shown during the ordering process on the website, and again in the order confirmation mail, sent after purchasing your beers.

    Please note that orders with a single Blade keg do not qualify for free shipping.

  • I have received a discount code, how do I use it?

    You can use the discount code by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of our website and adding it in the field indicated on the picture below.

    Once a discount code expires, it's no longer possible to reinstate it nor can it be replaced. Please be sure to use your discount code before the expiry date.
