  • What is a Refurbished Blade?
    Our refurbished BLADE machines were originally owned and loved by our customers, but then needed repairs and were sent back to us. Naturally, even after they were fully repaired and tested, they have a little surface wear and tear which meant that they could not be resold as standard machines.
     
    They still, however, pour a delicious pint, so we thought they could still be enjoyed either as an extension to your collection or as a way to dip your toe into the world of home draught.   • What's the difference between a Refurbished Blade and a new Blade?

    A refurbished Blade has been pre-owned by another customer, then repaired and refurbished. There are two types of Refurbished Blade machine: Grade A and Grade B. All Refurbished Blade machines come with a new dome and 2 x 8L Blade Kegs.

  • What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B Refurbished Blade?
    There are a few differences between a Grade A and Grade B Refurbished Blade.
     
    A Grade A: Refurbished BLADE:
    - Has minimal signs of use, and has been fully repaired and refurbished with any missing parts.
    - No extra coating was needed to mask scratching
    - Includes new Dome and drip tray, along with 2 x 8L BLADE Kegs for you to enjoy!
     
    A Grade B: Refurbished BLADE:
    - Has more obvious signs of use, yet still pours a great pint.
    - Coating may be reapplied to mask more visible scratching, although most are located internally, so it'll still look great on any countertop.
    - Includes new Dome and drip tray, along with 2 x 8L BLADE Kegs for you to enjoy!

  • How does the refurbishment process work?

    All machines are repaired and cleaned by a nominated third party partner. If there are items such as accessories or functional parts missing, they are fitted or added to the shipment. New packaging has been provided, but there has been limited refurbishment of cosmetic features which is why they are being sold as refurbished machines rather than new products.

  • What warranty do these machines come with?

    All Refurbished BLADES have a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. For more details on our warranty policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
